We understand medical benefits and insurance coverage can be confusing and time consuming. For this reason, our billing department will file all insurance claims on your behalf and will only contact you if further information is needed or assistance is required. We are available to answer any questions regarding your statements and to help communicate with your insurance provider.
Our staff will also assist in contacting state or federal programs (for example Medicaid or Social Security) designed to help families in financial need, and in particular those with no insurance or other financial coverage. Individual contracts and payment plans are also available to meet financial obligations if you and your family are under financial strain or need help, and/or time to pay for your medical expenses.
